Placement of Orders
International Orders for local delivery - to Samar, Leyte and Biliran provinces	Choose from amongst our products then phone us at (63)(53)325-5664 or (63)(53)523-2469, or send e-mail to theviennesetable (at) asoy DOT biz for the specifics of your order e.g. product, cake flavor and size, design reference, quantity, destination, contact person/addressee, and date of delivery. All orders must be prepaid prior to delivery. Please allow a lead time of at least three (3) working days from the date of your remittance.
Local Orders	Choose amongst our products then phone us at (63)(53)325-5664 or (63)(53)523-2469, or send e-mail to theviennesetable (at) asoy DOT biz for the specifics of your order e.g. product, cake flavor and size, design reference, quantity, destination, contact person/addressee, and date of delivery. If you do not have an existing account with us, we require a 50% down payment prior to confirmation of your order. Please allow a lead time of at least two (2) working days upon confirmation of your order.
Designs for Decorated Cakes	If you want to order a decorated cake, tell us your idea of the design to be executed in a separate e-mail to theviennesetable (at) asoy DOT biz and we shall try to concretize the concept with a graphical presentation for your confirmation. Should you opt for a design similar to any of our past cakes as shown in this site, please refer to the appropriate titles below the pictues. However, we shall avoid re-creating any design in its entirety (either in this site or elsewhere) out of respect to the earlier client and the original designer. Exception to this would be those from books and/or catalogues such as Wilton's.

 

Packaging and Delivery/Shipping costs

Delivery for orders worth PhP1,000.00 or more within Tacloban City proper is free. Below this amount, we shall charge a delivery fee of PhP100.00 to PhP150.00 depending on the distance e.g. Marasbaras, Nula Tula, etc. For Palo, Tanauan and Santa Fe towns, please add Php200.00 as delivery fee. All other towns beyond this area are considered out-of-town, so please add PhP500.00 to cover additional packaging and delivery/shipping costs.

 

Remittance of Payment

All international orders must be prepaid prior to delivery. Payments may be remitted via Western Union or by direct credit to my bank account. Should you wish to use credit cards, you may course your payments thru PayPal or Xoom.
